We are licensed real estate brokers with Compass, and are a family team consisting of Kate Barnett, Leone Barnett and Ray Mrcozenski. Headed by Kate, we have our own specific approach to providing Real estate Services.
Buying and selling property is stressful to say the least.
But our goal is to minimize your pain and amplify your happiness. We do this and our customers love it!
In addition, we each come from different fields so between us we have a wealth of knowledge and experience that enhances our ability to help buyers and sellers navigate any kind of real estate transaction.
Our Diverse Backgrounds
Kate’s background is in teaching. Communication, organization and negotiations are all key skills used daily in both teaching and real estate. Kate has also had a passion for homes and real estate all her adult life and is very experienced in home decorating and real estate investing.
Leone’s background is in IT as well as Project Management and organization. Technology plays an essential role in real estate today. Online presence is critical in home searches. Most buyers begin their home search online so sellers want their properties positioned to capture as much activity as possible.
Ray Mroczenski, Kate’s husband, has many years of experience in construction and building maintenance. He also was a certified residential appraiser. With that experience he is able to help sellers get their homes ready for the market. He is also able to help evaluate homes for buyers and point out how deficiencies can be remedied.
With our diverse backgrounds and years of on-going professional real estate training and experience, we bring you the highest quality of care and service possible.
